How it’s starting ~

The Formed Women is a community for women navigating identity, purpose, and belonging. We exist for the woman who knows there has to be more—more depth in her faith, more meaningful connection, and more clarity in who God created her to be. Through scripture and prayer nights, community gatherings, Bible studies, and serving opportunities, we create space for women to build a real, lasting relationship with God and with each other. This isn’t about having it all together, it’s about being formed from the inside out into who God already created you to be.

Hanna Rellar | Founder & Director

Hi hi! My name is Hanna Rellar and I started The Formed Women out of a desire to create a space where women can build faith, embrace self, and live beautifully – all while knowing WHO God created them to be as women. I currently work in publishing while also getting a masters degree in Theology (yee-haw)! You will always find me with my favorite people in this world usually having dinner together, singing country music & talking about how much I love Nashville, or saying “we’re just here to have fun” with a diet coke in my hand.

Grace Germano | Community Lead

Hello! My name is Grace Germano and I am currently a nursing student at the University of Cincinnati! I am involved in mentoring a group of high school freshman & part of a team launching a bible study within the College of Nursing…YAY! I am a people person through and through and love meeting new people! From the moment I met Jesus one of the sweetest gifts was all of the incredible relationships I got to make with His daughters and I dream of a place where that is fully the heart, to connect His daughters to one another and show them His love. Life can be hard, but finding a space to have fun and feel loved shouldn’t be! You can usually find me shopping at TJ Maxx, pilates at Body Alive, walking in Hyde Park or getting coffee at Awakenings in the square! I have a big dream of backpacking Europe where I graduate college! Cannot wait for all the adventures to come!

Sadie Ducat | Scripture & Prayer Lead

My heart is to create a space where women feel seen, known, and encouraged in every season—rooted in the love of Jesus. I work in talent acquisition and love connecting people with opportunity. You can usually find me at the gym, walking my golden doodle, or at a local coffee shop!

Hannah Losey | Event Lead

Hi!! My name is Hannah Losey and I’m so excited you’re here! Helping others find community is such a passion of mine, as I know how life changing it can be. I am in awe every day of the way Jesus has worked in my life to bring me to women, who I now consider family. Being able to help create an opportunity for women to experience the same thing is such an honor!

I currently work as a Retail Search Manager for Coca-Cola and volunteer in Student Ministry, Young Adults, and at Crossroads Uptown. In my free time, you will find me with friends, hanging out at coffee shops, reading, or cuddling my Goldendoodle, Archie!

Alex Raker | Volunteer Lead

Hi, I’m Alex Raker, and I’m so excited to be launching The Formed Woman ministry group—a space I believe Cincinnati truly needs for women to find community, grow in their faith. I attend Crossroads Uptown and love investing my time volunteering with the church, especially with high school students. During the day, I work as an Intervention Specialist for K–3 students, which keeps me always on my toes. In my free time, I’m either traveling or fully embracing my homebody side. I love cooking, hiking, painting, and spending time with my very chunky cat!
